General conditions
• check-in: from 1.30 pm;
• check-out: until 09.30 am;
• animals not allowed;
• short stays (less than a week): compared to the weekly rate, the daily price applied is slightly increased;
Terms of payment
• cash payments (in euros);
• credit cards accepted;
• to confirm the reservation it is required to send a bank transfer / postal order equal to 30% of the total amount (50% for one night’s bookings);
• For last-minute bookings, you can confirm without advanced payment.
• Discounts:
• For stays of 14 nights (2 weeks), there is a 10% discount.
• For stays of less than a week, contact us for a quote.
• For stays during Easter, 25 April, 1 May, the B tariffs will apply (Jun / Sep)
